Community is an American Comedy sitcom TV series created by Dan Harmon for NBC. Community is a very underrated television series. It is overlooked alongside popular titles like The Office and 30 Rock. Not that these shows are not great, but the community is far superior. Not only is he hilarious, he is incredibly creative and unique. You never know what to expect. In one episode, the plot will simply be that the main character, Jeff Winger, gets back in touch with his former lawyers. A few episodes later, the contaminated meat turns everyone into a party in nonsense zombies with an appetite for meat. And then skip a few more episodes and you’ll get a story totally told in claymation!
Joel McHale is the perfect leader for this show. It’s cool, cool and a great leader for the study group. But the whole is where the strengths of the Community are. Chevy Chase is great, as always, like the weird and hilarious Piers Hawthorne. Gillian Jacobs, like Britta, is fantastic as Jeff again, again love interest. With this relationship, the program does an incredible job of classic spoofing sitcom “Sam and Diane” relationships. Danny Pudi, like Abed, the television and television fan, is perhaps my favorite character. His character seems self-conscious, and often makes references to their lives that are similar to a sitcom. Donald Glover and Yvette Nicole Brown also star in the stupid jock with a golden heart Troy and the divorced religious mother Shirley. Fixing the star set is Allison Brie. Interpreting Annie’s innocent, simple character, she could easily miss. But, of course, he fits the role perfectly and steals the show in many episodes with his emotional outbursts. In general, the community is a great show that is worth visiting. And if you want an episode to begin with, the action-spoof movie “Modern Warfare” may be the best thing you’ve seen on television.
